From the moment we walked into the very distinguished Inn at Union Square, the location, staff, amenities and services were delightful!  Just like home we had everything at our fingertips including the complimentary breakfast, newspapers, evening wine and appetizers.  Even daily services of in-room ice delivery, nightly shoe shine service, free internet access, and a twice daily refresh of our rooms was exceptional.  Our room was a mini suite, as it gave us nice seating area to read.  It was hard to believe this quiet retreat is in the busiest parts of the city!  We will be back, the Inn at Union Square is value far superior from any chain hotel in San Francisco!
