FAQs
Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions from our guests.
- Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy - All room reservations require a credit card at time of booking. In some cases a deposit may also be required during peak citywide events. A valid credit card will be also required at time of check in to access the guest room with proper authorization for any and all room charges.
- Cancellations and Charges - Reservations require a 24 hour (1 day) prior to arrival cancellation notice to avoid a one night room and tax charge. All non cancelled room reservation will forfeit a one night charge on the credit card given during the reservation process or removed from the deposit on the reservation, if received at time of booking.
- Rates - All room rates are subject to availability. All room rates including discounted, contracted and promotional may require a minimum night stay.
- Availability - All rooms, including group or contracted rooms, packages and promotions are subject to availability. Room requests at the time of booking will be noted but room requests are not guaranteed. All rooms are subject to availability and may require a minimum night stay.
- Early Check-In - Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon. Early Check-in can be requested but not guaranteed based on availability. Late Check out can be extended with advanced notice to 1:00 pm. After 1:00 pm the Inn at Union Square will charge for an additional half (1/2) day room rate until 3:00 pm and a full day after 3:00 pm. If a late check out is required please notify the Innkeeper desk at time of check in for availability.
- Payments and Other Charges - The Inn at Union Square is 100% non smoking. Smoking in any guest room will result in a 0 cleaning fee. Guests at time of check in will be responsible to provide an authorized credit card as payment for any such room damage.
- Facilities for Guests With Disabilities - The Inn at Union Square has no rooms that can accommodate disabilities. However at time of reservation we can provide guest room descriptions that may be suitable for some guests. Please note requests are not guarantees that these rooms will be available upon check in.
- VIP Pet Policy - Inn at Union Square has a strict no pet policy, professional guide dogs can be approved upon notification at time of reservation.
